Graduate in Economics and Business Studies. PhD in Inclusive and Sustainable Development from Loyola University in experimental development economics. Lecturer in the Department of International Studies, Loyola University. He has more than 20 years of experience in the design and management of rural development programmes with a territorial approach in Morocco, Nicaragua, Honduras, Ecuador, Venezuela, Vietnam, Cambodia, Georgia and Timor Leste. He has participated in the design and management of institution building processes at territorial level, organisation of rural actors and participatory territorial planning. He has participated as an expert in advising on the design of public policies for Territorial Rural Development for the governments of Nicaragua, Vietnam, Georgia, Ecuador, Venezuela and for the Central American Agricultural Council, part of the Central American Integration System. He has participated in the Coordinating Group of the Platform for Technical Assistance to the Central American Strategy for Territorial Rural Development – ECADERT. He was part of the IESA Forum on Cohesion of Rural Territories.
