Technical assistance for the analysis of the technical-methodological conditions for the creation of a network of think tanks

The objective of this technical assistance is to design an operational proposal for the creation of a Network of Think Tanks for the SG-SICA based on the installed institutional capacities of the Directorate of Integration of the SG-SICA, for which the development of the following specific objectives is essential:

• Elaborate a conceptual document (“state of the art”) on the main theoretical, methodological aspects and regional/international trends in the field of “Network of Think Tanks for the SG-SICA”
• Formulate a protocol for the implementation of a first phase of experimentation for 2016 of the SG-SICA Think Tank Network based on the installed institutional capacities of the SG-SICA and in particular of the Directorate of Integration
• Identify a methodological toolbox to be considered for the promotion of analysis on the Central American region and in particular the regional integration process
