The objective of this technical assistance is a training programme to train and raise gender awareness among coffee producers in western Honduras.

The action involves the coordination of the technical facilitator team for the different training sessions, as well as the preparation of the methodology and support material for the development of the training activities.

The training programme consists of a workshop for the HQC team and 18 workshops on gender with women producers and wives of producers, according to the methodology and implementation schedule previously agreed with HQC and USAID/GEMA.
