The purpose of this consultancy service is to support the drafting of the report of the Voluntary National Review (VNS) of Spain of the 2030 Agenda through the elaboration of the Statistical Annex and the Action Plan for the implementation of the 2030 Agenda with objectives and a broader horizon than the VNS, promoting a medium-term process and generating products with a greater strategic content, which in any case will be the main inputs of the Report to be presented in the VNS.

This technical assistance includes three outputs:

• Elaboration of the Statistical Annex to support the Spanish Voluntary National Review Report
• Support for the dissemination and communication of the 2030 Agenda: draft Communication and Education Strategy for the 2030 Agenda
• Fostering ownership and participation of all stakeholders in the implementation of the 2030 Agenda
