Sara Ruiz Sanjuán

Country coordinator in Paraguay

Graduate in Law (Universidad Complutense de Madrid) and Master in International Cooperation and Development (Instituto Universitario de Desarrollo y Cooperación – IUDC/UCM), with more than 20 years of experience in international cooperation. Specialised in the management of development and humanitarian aid programmes and projects, as well as in the representation of cooperation institutions in Cuba, Honduras, Salvador, Nicaragua, Angola, Bolivia and Paraguay. She has been Academic and Programme Coordinator with the Institute for Cooperation and Human Development (ICDH) of the University Camilo José Cela (UCJC) and associate professor at this University (2013-2016) teaching subjects such as the system of International Cooperation for Development, planning and evaluation of development programmes with the Logical Framework Approach or the Human Rights Based Approach to Development, among others.
