Luis Arancibia Tapia
Graduate in Economics and Business Studies from the Complutense University of Madrid, he has been a visiting professor at the School of Social Work at Boston College. He is currently Secretary of the Board of Trustees of the Entreculturas Foundation, where he was Deputy Director (2000-2016). He has participated in the Social Apostolate Commission of the Province of Spain and has coordinated the public advocacy team. He has also been involved in the work of various international networks of the Society of Jesus. Since 2013, he has been a member of the board of the Jesuit Refugee Service Europe. In the field of social organisations, he has been president of the Spanish NGDO Coordinating Committee (1995-98), of the Madrid Federation (2001-2004) and member of the Advisory Council for International Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1995-2000 and 2004-2015).
