This document has been drawn up observing, at all times, the obligations imposed in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) -GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)-, also complying with the regulation contained in Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de protección de datos de carácter personal y garantía de derechos digitales -LOPDGDD-, as well as in any other legislation that supplements, modifies or repeals in the future.

Likewise, in compliance with the provisions of the Ley 34/2002, de 11 de julio, de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico, FUNDACIÓN ETEA will request the user’s prior consent for the sending of commercial communications, in the event that these should take place, also observing all the obligations and rights of users.

Currently, the website will request personal data from general users who do not subscribe to private sites in the “Contact” section. The purpose of the collection in this case is made explicit in the section itself, requesting, in this case, explicit consent for the collection and processing in accordance with the aforementioned legislation, informing them that the personal data provided will be incorporated into a file owned by FUNDACIÓN ETEA with the possible purposes described above, after acceptance of the legal notice and privacy policy.

The processing of your personal data to send information about activities, campaigns or initiatives of FUNDACIÓN ETEA similar to those in which you have participated, responds to a legitimate interest of our entity and is authorised by current legislation..

In accordance with the applicable regulations on the Protection of Personal Data and our special concern for the security and confidentiality of your data, FUNDACIÓN ETEA informs you that the collection and processing of personal data is intended to manage the requests made by users with FUNDACIÓN ETEA online. 7. When and for what reason may we provide your data to third parties?

We assure you that under no circumstances will your personal data be sold, transferred or communicated to third parties, except in the following exceptions, which are indicated below and for the reasons explained below:

Public Administrations: to comply with the legal obligations to which FUNDACIÓN ETEA is subject due to its activity. For example, to the tax authorities.

Those transfers to third parties that are necessary to comply with the obligations arising from the campaigns, activities and initiatives in which you voluntarily participate. If you are a volunteer, your data will be provided to the insurance company in order to manage the compulsory insurance for volunteers, etc.

8. How long will we keep your data for?

our personal data will be kept for as long as your relationship with FUNDACIÓN ETEA is maintained and, after the termination of this relationship for any reason, during the applicable legal limitation periods. In this case, they will be processed for the sole purpose of accrediting compliance with our legal or contractual obligations.
