The XII Ibero-American Forum on Guarantee Systems and Financing for Micro and SME’s was held from November 12 to 14, 2007 at the Convention Center of the Sheraton Hotel in Santiago de Chile, with a large international representation of more than 250 participants from 18 Ibero-American countries.
Among the papers presented was a report on the evolution and prospects of guarantee systems in Latin America and Ibero-America, a work developed by the ETEA Foundation through a team of expert consultants composed of Pablo Pombo, Horacio Molina and Jesús N. Ramírez.
